Board Calendar and Documents
While there are several ways to access board documents, including agendas and packets, finding information directly from the Board Calendar is one of the most straightforward.
To view meeting materials, click on the calendar item you are interested in and then click "more details." This will redirect you to a new window for a Google Calendar. From there, you can access the meeting agenda (which links you to the meeting packet) and information about joining current/future meetings virtually.
