Student Resources
Did you know...
The SVSU has a policy in place to help protect our students from bullying, harassment, and hazing? The policy is #5004, Prevention of Harassment, Hazing and Bullying of Students. The policy stresses that the SU is "committed to providing all of its students with a safe and supportive school environment in which all members of the school community are treated with respect."
For more information on the policy, and other student policies, take a look at our Student Policies page.
There are also groups that focus on inclusion of LGBTQ+ students at our middle and high schools - contact your administrator or guidance counselor for more information.
Who do I go to?
Do you feel like you are experiencing discrimination at your school? If so, make sure you talk to your guidance counselor, building principal, or another trusted adult.
The SVSU has a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Administrator who serves the entire supervisory union. Please find her contact information under the administration section of the SVSU staff directory.
