7000 - Operations of Board of Directors

Policy	Description
7100 - Board Member Education	to encourage and support board members’ efforts to remain knowledgeable about their roles and the issues with which they deal.
7192 - Correspondence to the Board	To promote open communication with the Board; and they wish to provide an organized forum for the dissemination of correspondence to all Board members.
7194 - Policy Review and Evaluation	To keep its written policies up-to-date so that they may be used consistently as a basis for Board action and administrative decision.
7195 - Execution of Policy: Administrative Regulations	Delegate to the Superintendent the function of specifying required actions and designing the detailed arrangements under which the schools will be operated.
7205 - Board Member Conflict of Interest (updated 3-29-12)	It is the ethical and legal duty of all School Board members to avoid conflicts of interest as well as the appearance of conflicts of interest.
7300 - Public Participation at Board Meetings	Desires members of the general public to attend School Board and Prudential Committee meetings to become better acquainted with the operation and programs of the schools and the School Boards.
